The elaboration is completely handmade and the selection of 100% natural ingredients, carefully selected, make it unique. 

The result is a creamy and smooth ice cream, with a base made exclusively from organic milk, which makes it very special.

ARTISAN SICILIAN GELATO

Served in a cone or bowl, as a filling for a fluffy freshly baked brioche or “affogato” in coffee, the Da Gallo ice cream gives a moment of happiness at any time and season of the year. Its base is made with organic milk, with a creamy and very smooth texture

GRANITA

Made with pure fresh seasonal fruit, eating a granita in Sicily is a satisfaction and pleasure, a moment of social gathering, a tradition that, over the centuries, has become a refined and inimitable confectionery product.

GRATATELLA

Typical Street Food granita from the streets of Palermo handmade directly from the ice block with fresh seasonal fruit and cream.

LATTE DI MANDORLA (ALMOND MILK)

Almond milk is the vegetable milk best known for being rich in healthy nutrients, for having a high percentage of fiber and for having more important benefits for our health.

 

COFFEE SHOP

An elegant menu of bulk teas, Cioccolato di Modica IGP, which will satisfy the most demanding palates, and a selection of 100% Arabica coffees, will accompany the daily offer of sweet delights and artisan cakes prepared by chef Nuncio Cona.
